1. Order Confirmation

When you place an order on Fiorenzo Moda, you are making an offer to purchase our dresses. We will send you an order confirmation email upon receipt of your order, which only acknowledges that we have received your order. Your order is considered confirmed and a contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email. Please review the details in the order confirmation email carefully. If there are any discrepancies, contact our customer service at service@fiorenzomoda.org immediately.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD). We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and online payment platforms. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the information provided is accurate, complete, and valid. Once your payment is successfully processed, we will proceed with order fulfillment.

3. Shipping

We strive to process and ship your order within 1 - 3 business days after order confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 6 - 12 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as customs clearance (if applicable), shipping carrier schedules, and unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery. Fiorenzo Moda is not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your dress, you may return it within 60 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at service@fiorenzomoda.org to obtain a return authorization and instructions. The returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 - 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item received was damaged or defective. In the case of a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.

We make every effort to accurately describe and display the products on our website. However, the actual appearance, color, and size of the dresses may vary slightly from the images and descriptions due to factors such as monitor settings and fabric variations. Fiorenzo Moda is not liable for any differences between the product you receive and the website representation, provided that the product meets our quality standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Fiorenzo Moda be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase from our website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
