If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, an incomplete address, or the recipient's unavailability, the shipping carrier may return the package to us. In such cases, you will be notified via email, and you can choose to have the order redelivered to a correct address (additional shipping fees may apply) or request a refund. Please note that if you request a refund for an undeliverable package, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
