1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Time Limit: You are eligible to request a refund within 60 days from the date of delivery of your order. Beyond this period, we will not be able to process your refund request.
  • Condition of the Item: The returned dress must be in its original, unused condition. This means it should be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Any signs of wear, damage, or removal of tags may result in the rejection of your refund request.
  • Reason for Return: Refunds are generally processed for items that do not meet your expectations. However, if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will prioritize your refund and may also cover the return shipping costs.

2. Initiating a Refund

  • Contact Customer Service: To start the refund process, please reach out to our customer service team at service@fiorenzomoda.org. Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for return, and any relevant details or photos (in case of damage or defect).
  • Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will issue you a return authorization number and provide instructions on how to return the item. Do not return items without obtaining this authorization first, as it may delay the processing of your refund.

3. Return Shipping

  • Cost Responsibility: In most cases, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs upon successful inspection of the returned item.

  • Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping and handling fees (unless we are responsible for the return shipping due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

5. Payment Method Refunds

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds for credit or debit card payments will be processed back to the original card used for the purchase. It may take an additional 3 - 5 business days for the refund to appear on your card statement, depending on your card issuer.
